Having a small number of alcoholic drinks to help you fall asleep, is what most people believe in and, in some ways this can be true, however, it will not promise you a very sounding and restful sleep. Just a few drinks can mean you will wake up more during the night making you feel like you haven't had a good night's sleep as you will go through feelings of sluggishness, lack of concentration and perplexed the next day you waken.
